Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Feb 2020 until Fri 25 Sep 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13 - 15 Feb and 26 - 29 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard or superior double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes £22pp dinner allowance on á la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Table may be required back after 2hrs. Option 3: Dinner allowance is on the first night only.
• Includes a welcome drink of a glass of Prosecco or house wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £10 for a travel cot and £15 for a small Z bed; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
