• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5 Dec 2022 until 26 Jan 2023.
• A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Breakfast items are in a small fridge in the bedroom and includes yogurts, cereal bars, porridge pots, fresh milk, tea & coffee
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £10pcpn. Please note rooms must be upgraded to a family room for £30; payable direct.
• Max of 2 pets may be permitted for a supplementary charge. Please discuss direct as pet friendly rooms are limited.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
