• 2 or 3 night midweek stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 17 Oct 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu; Excludes Fri - Sat arrivals.
• 2 night weekend stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 15 Oct 2022 until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Fri - Sat; Excludes Sun - Thu arrivals.
• 3 night weekend stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 15 Oct 2022 until Sun 26 Mar 2023, Fri - Sun; Excludes Mon - Thu arrivals.
• Subject to availability; excludes 22 Dec - 1 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a 2 or 3 bed cabin.
• Children are permitted and included in the headcount. Cots are available for a supplementary charge; payable direct.
• Max of 1 dog permitted per booking for a supplementary charge of £25 per stay. Please discuss direct.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
