• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm, late check-out until 12 noon.
• Standard double or deluxe room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2/3: Includes a 3 course dinner choosing from the full restaurant menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a house G&T on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Parking available.
• Children permitted: ages 2 – 16 stay free of charge; must be included in max head count. Max 1 additional child is £30 per night on an extra bed; must be arranged when booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
