Small print

• Voucher is valid until 30th Sept 2015, Sun-Thurs; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 30th Aug 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Pets permitted; £10 per pet, per night, Please discuss with Shieldhill Castle at time of booking. Max of 2 pets. 
• Children permitted; under 2 years old can stay free of charge unless a travel cot is required - please advise Shieldhill Castle. Children aged 2-12 years old are additional £20 per child, per night (inclusive of breakfast). Max of 2 children. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Classic or stable, double or twin room available. 
• Members can upgrade to a suite for an additional £60-£80 per night or to the bridal suite for an additional £150 per night; subject to availability. 
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays, however stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Shieldhill Castle at time of booking. 
• Menu is subject to change and availability however a sample can be viewed online. 
• Dinner is served between 7pm-9pm, please discuss all dietary requirements with Shieldhill Castle at time of booking. 
• If members book dinner on the 2nd night of their stay, they will receive dinner for half price and also receive a complimentary bottle of wine. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
