• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 May 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 28 Feb, 4-7, 11, 13, 14, 17, 20, 27, 31 Mar and 3, 4, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 21, 22, 25, 26, 29, 30 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 May 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin Classic or Stable room.
• Stable rooms are within the recently converted stable block attached to the castle, all other rooms and suites are located in the castle itself. Please discuss room availability at the time of booking.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: suite £60 or bridal suite £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses and will be served between 7pm – 9pm.
• Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; Under 12s years require a supplement of £20 per night when using existing beds, supplement includes breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Cots available on request - max 1 per room.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
