• Voucher is valid from Tue 27 Sep until Sun 11 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7 – 22 Oct and 30 Nov 2016.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: upgrade to a Superior Double Room £10, Double or Twin Suite £20 or Family Suite £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; children are classed as under 12’s and a supplementary charge of £15 is required to hire a Z bed, sofa bed or cot. An additional charge of £10pp is required for ages 12+ sharing standard room; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Please bring your own dog bed, additional charges may apply for any cleaning costs or damage caused by your stay. Max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
