Voucher is valid from Fri 25 May 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, Mon - Fri, sessions between 10am – 10pm, Sat - Sun, sessions between 9am and 10pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

All telephone bookings have a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable; no charge for booking in person at reception desk.

Min 5 days notice to cancel or alter booking or 10 days notice, in writing, for groups / corporate bookings / school bookings. All transfers incur a £5 admin charge. £1.99 booking fees are non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 8 per person for option 1 and max of 2 per person for option 2.

Duration: approx. 30mins.

Suitable for ages 3+; under 7s must be accompanied by an adult.

Max of 4 people per group; large group bookings of more than 4 will not be accepted.

Reasonable level of fitness required; members must be able to walk up and down the slopes.

Not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions.

Sturdy footwear or wellies, waterproof clothing and gloves.

Clothing and footwear can be hired in advance at time of booking for £5pp. If hired on the day clothing will be charged at £6.50pp and wellies at £2.50pp.

Gloves are essential and can only be purchased, they are not available for hire.

Members are recommend to bring a towel and a change of clothing.

Helmets & sledges are provided by Snow Factor.

Snow Factor provide lockers (£1 non-returnable) to store your personal items & valuables while you are on the slope. Snow Factor nor its employees or agents are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or personal property that belongs to any visitor whilst on Snow Factor premises.

Snow Factor accept no responsibility for damage to equipment or clothing whilst undertaking these activities.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
