• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Nov 2018 until Fri 31 May 2019, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays – Sundays bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a choice of 2 x 25 minute treatments each from: back massage, cleansing & purifying back treatment, Decléor discovery facial, tranquility scalp massage or express manicure or pedicure OR a choice of 1 x 55 minute treatments from: vitamin surge facial, deluxe pedicure or deluxe manicure; subject to change.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 2hrs of access to facilities after treatments; 17 meter indoor swimming pool, soothing spa pool, sauna and steam room.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise at the time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
