• Voucher is valid from 6th July until 11th Sept 2015; Mon, Thur, Sat - day time & evening appointments available; subject to availability
• Voucher must be booked by 21st Aug 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher
• Strictly one voucher can be redeemed per member
• Duration: 30 minute treatment
• 16 years and over 
• Please discuss and health concerns with Injurytime Physiotherapy direct. All members will be asked to fill out a short consultation form on arriving at the clinic
• Valid for EITHER a sports massage or a physiotherapy session
• Appointments are with a fully qualified physiotherapist
• Vouchers cannot be used for existing appointments 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
