• Option 1 (Sunday) voucher is valid until Sun 7 Apr 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays.
• Option 2 (Mon – Sat) voucher is valid until Fri 5 Apr 2019, Mon – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays.
• Option 3 (2 night) voucher is valid until Fri 5 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out until 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. Option 3 dinner is on one night only.
• Option 3 includes afternoon tea on one day.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
