Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 24 Oct 2020, Tue 10am - 5pm, Wed 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 5.30pm and Sat 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays - Mondays and Thursdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone and email bookings only. Treatwell bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr 15mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hr 30mins. Patch test required at least 48 hours in advance. Toners can be added to colour for a supplementary charge of  £7-£15; please arrange directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Treatments are with Sarah only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers to be presented on mobile phone; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
