• Nov - Dec stays: Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Feb - Mar stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Feb 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3.30pm, check-out 10.30am.
• King or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended for a supplement charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted in room on additional bed, charged at £20 per bed per night.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
