• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Jun 2018 until Wed 1 Aug 2018, Sun, Mon & Wed; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays, Thursdays - Saturdays and 11, 13, 25, 27 Jun, 8, 9, 11, 15, 23, 25 Jul 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 18 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm; check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: junior suite available (double beds).
• Option 2: executive suite available (double beds).
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the market menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Limited parking available at a supplementary charge of £15 per 24 hours; payable directly to hotel and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Max 2 children permitted; ages 17 and under require a supplementary charge of £30 per child; payable directly to hotel. 
• Please note: scaffolding work will be carried out at the back of the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
