• Voucher is valid until 30 Jun 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29-31 May, 1-2 Jun 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by 31 May 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day of your arrival.
• Members can extend their stay by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; can be used on consecutive nights stay.
• Check in 2pm, late check out 12pm.
• Standard King double room available.
• Members can upgrade their room for the following supplementary charges: Standard double double (£10 per room per night), Premium King room (£20 per room per night), Premium double double (£30 per room per night).
• Option 2 includes a three-course dinner from the Table d'hôte menu.
  Option 3 includes a three-course dinner from the Table d'hôte menu on the first night.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children up to 12 years can be accommodated in a Standard or Premium double double room; child supplement is £5 per child B&B; £15 per child DBB; subject to availability.
  Standard double double room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children max; £10 supplement per room, per night; subject to availability. 
• Children are permitted in the hotel restaurant until 10pm.
• Children are welcome to use the leisure facilities (not the gym or jacuzzi); under 16's must be accompanied by an adult (pool opening hours for under 16's: Mon-Thur, 7am-7.30pm, Fri-Sun, no restrictions). Last entry to the Health Club is one hour before closing.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
