- Baked Angus meatballs in a rich tomato and roast pepper sauce topped with melted mozzarella and served with garlic ciabatta

- Poached fillet of smoked Scottish haddock topped with poached egg and served with butter leek sauce and creamed potatoes
- Beer braised steak with baby onions, bacon lardons and ale gravy on a bed of mashed potato
- Lamb and tomato curry served with basmati rice and naan bread
- Fish and chips with peas, chunky chips, tartare sauce and wedge of lemon
