• Voucher is valid from Thur 15 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Nov 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a £20pp dinner spend. Valid against a set menu on the first night only. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note voucher spend must be used in full. No change will be given.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 5s stay free, ages 5 – 12 years required a supplementary charge of £25 per child inc breakfast per night; payable directly to hotel. Ages 13+ are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
