• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 25 and 31 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available - please advise hotel when booking. Tables required back after 1hr 30mins. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Additional people can be added for a supplementary charge of £10 with triple and family rooms available.
• Children permitted and classed as ages 13 and under at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Cots can be provided free of charge for infants.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
