• Voucher is valid from Fri 17 Jul 2020 until Tue 1 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm; check-out 11am.
• King or twin superior room available.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine and chocolates in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 1: Room only.
• Option 2: Includes breakfast.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Limited parking available at a supplementary charge of £15 per 24 hours; payable directly to hotel and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Max 2 children permitted; children are classed as under 18s and require a supplementary charge of £30 per child; payable directly to hotel.
• Max 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per stay and subject to limited availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
