Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 30th Nov 2016, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please discuss your preferred dining time directly with The Bonham.
• Vouchers must be booked by 30th Oct 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings permitted; subject to availability. Max 1 voucher per group. Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. 
• Bookings are non refundable / transferable once booked directly with The Bonham. Cancellations are not accepted.
• Tables are required back within approx 4 hours but members will be advised at time of booking.
• Option 1 - groups of 6 will dine in the consulting room.
• Option 2 - groups of 12 will dine in the events room. The room can hold up to 26 people in total and additional people can be added at a supplement of £30 per person payable direct to The Bonham – please discuss with the venue at time of booking
• Dinner includes a £25pp allowance to spend on a hand picked selection of dishes from the a la carte menu - menu will change daily. Allowance will provide approx 2 courses + 1 side.
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free alternatives are available - please advise The Bonham at time of booking. 
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each which can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair accessible. 
• Children permitted. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
