• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.; throughout Jun - Aug and Dec there will be limited availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fri-Sat stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, Option 1: late check-out 12noon. Options 2 & 3: check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a club room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Includes a 5 course dinner on the first night from a set menu; subject to change. Exclusions may apply please discuss directly with the hotel staff. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Includes 20% discount on pre-booked spa treatments. Please note leisure facilities may be closed subject to current Government guidelines, and Spa facilities must be pre booked.
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount.
• Max of 2 pets permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per pet; payable directly to the hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
