Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 21 Feb 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Mar 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings must be made at least 48hrs in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
