Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Oct until Sun 2 Nov 2025, Sat & Sun at 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot at The Activity Hub (What 3 Words ///stew.probable.exploring) for safety training and equipment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 8+. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
• Duration approx. 40 mins.
• Max of 6 people per session. 
• This is an outdoor activity; please arrive suitably dressed e.g. waterproofs, hiking boots or wellies.
• Limited wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
