Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Feb 2018 until Sat 7 April 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb, 11 March 2018. 
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 March 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings can be made from Mon 29 Jan 2018.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per group. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin deluxe room available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £20 allocation per person for dinner; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required for steak; payable directly to hotel.
• Free on street parking available to the front and side of the hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
