• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sun 27 Mar 2022, Fri - Sun; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Mon - Thu, 24-26, 31 Dec 2021 1-2 Jan and 14-15 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm.
• Stay in a standard double/twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to superior loch view room for £20, payable directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Includes cream tea; menu is subject to change,
• Option 2 & 3: Includes pizza on the first night from the main menu; subject to change. Includes a draft soft drink each.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children permitted. Ages 0-5yrs are free of charge, 6-11yrs require a supplement of £15 per child and 12-16yrs £20 per child. Includes breakfast. Dinner will be charged as taken.
• Hot tub access is £5 per person per use.
• Max of 1 dog permitted free of charge when staying in a dog friendly room; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
