• Voucher is valid until 24 Mar 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• £30 supplementary charge per room for Fri and Sat stays. 
• Excludes 21 - 27 and 31 Dec 2015, 1 Jan and 13 and 14 Feb 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 24th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and may be used on multiple nights.
• Classic Glen Douglas or Loch Lomond room available, with a double or twin bed. 
• Members can upgrade to the Beach House for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night or the Ben Lomond for £20 per room per night.
• Stay may be extended for an extra night, please discuss directly with the hotel.
• A sample menu can be viewed here.
• Supplementary fee of £4 for the seabass, £2 for fillet of salmon, £6 for sirloin steak, £2 for giant cod and £2 for a selection of Scottish cheeses.
• Pets welcome, supplementary charge of £10 per night, max 1. 
• Children welcome, max 1 addition guest may stay in the room but upgrade needed to the Beach House or Ben Lomond Room.
• Children under 10 can stay free on B&B basis.
• Supplementary charge of £20 per night for children over 10, including breakfast or £35 per night including dinner and breakfast. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Free on site parking available. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
