• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Aug 2020 until Thur 17 Dec 2020, Sun - Thur 10.15am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; bookings must be made minimum 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Suitable for ages 5+. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 16 people per tour.
• Option 1: Tour may be with another group.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• There are a total of 58 steps to be descended and 38 ascended as part of the tour. There is no lift access unfortunately. Many areas are dimly lit, and some guests may experience disorientation or claustrophobia.
• Due to uneven surfaces and some steep inclines, sturdy footwear is recommended.
• No wheelchair access available on the guided tour. Full information of accessibility can be found here.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
