• Option 1 voucher is valid from Mon 25 Apr 2016 until Thu 30 Jun 2016, Mon – Thurs 4 night break, must start on Monday; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Fri 29 Apr 2016 until Sun 19 Jun 2016, Fri – Sun 3 night break, must start on Friday; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 – 26 Jun 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Jun 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• One voucher per member and 1 voucher can be purchased as a gift.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am. 
• Double and twin beds available. Layout can be arranged on request; please advise at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Apartments include cooker, dishwasher, DVD Player, freezer, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, TV and decking area. Highchairs available on request.
• Shared external utility room is available. This includes sinks, washer, iron and washing machines/dryer.
• All en-suites are wet rooms with showers; Onyx and Opal also have baths. Topaz includes kitchen facilities within the room.
• Linens and towels provided and central heating is included during stay.
  
  Children are permitted and must be included in the number of people in the party. Maximum of 4 children permitted; travel cots are available. Please request at time of booking.
• Dogs are permitted at £8 per dog per night stay. Assistance dogs stay free of charge.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
