• Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Sep 2019 until Sun 29 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Fri & Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 5 - 6 Oct, 24 - 25 Dec 2019.
• Limited availability during September.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a royal room for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge of £34.50 for one night and £62.50 for two nights inc dinner on one night; please discuss with and pay directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children 0-6yrs stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chair are available free of charge; 6-12yrs require a supplementary charge per child per night of £25 for BB and £44 for DBB.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the a la carte menu; subject to change. Steak dishes require a supplement.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Supplements may apply across menus; payable directly to restaurant.
• Includes an arrival cocktail or mocktail each; options can be views here; subject to change.
• Free onsite parking for 9 cars, subject to availability; parking also available within a 5 minute walk (rates approx. £5 – £7).
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
