• Voucher is valid until 20th Dec 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Supplement of £40 per room for Fri & Sat night stays - pay directly to hotel.
• Reservations must be made by 30th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be purchased for consecutive night stays.
• Deluxe double room, twin available on request.
• Children permitted; under 6's stay free of charge.
• Extra bed in room is available, supplement of £45 applies for anyone aged 6+ including breakfast. 
• Deluxe rooms can accommodate 1 child, Junior Suites can accommodate 2 children however an upgrade supplement of £50 per room will apply.
• Check in 2pm, check out 1pm.  
• Dine from the set dinner menu, members have £35pp allocation.
• Members can upgrade to an 8 course tasting menu for only £15 per person
• Members have full use of spa facilities, no treatments included but can be added.
• Members can also upgrade rooms for an additional charge; Editors Room from £25 per room and Junior Suite from £50 per room, please discuss with The Scotsman Hotel at time of booking. 
• Members can park in the NCP Waverley Car Park, with 30% off. Please discuss with The Scotsman Hotel at time of booking.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
