• Option 1 voucher is valid until Wed 17 Apr 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 2 and 3 voucher is valid until Wed 17 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• All options exclude 15, 16 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Option 1 and 2: standard double or twin and deluxe double rooms available; includes a bottle of red or white house wine on arrival.
• Option 3: suite available; includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
