• Voucher is valid from 20th Sep - 29th Dec 2015; Sun-Fri until 23rd Nov and Sun-Wed from 23rd Nov 2015; subject to availability. 
• Hotel is closed for refurbishment works from 7^th Sep – 18^th Sep 2015
• Friday night stays until 23rd Nov 2015 are an additional £25 per room supplement, please discuss with Tigerlily reception
• Saturday nights are excluded with the exception of the 26th Dec 2015
• Voucher excludes 24th & 25th Dec 2015.
• Vouchers must be booked by 1st Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights stays
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted; additional charges may apply. Please discuss with Tigerlily at time of booking. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• On street metered parking available. 
• Classic double or twin room available. Upgrades to luxurious rooms or spacious mini suites may be available for a supplement charge, please discuss with Tigerlily at time of booking. 
• Menu is subject to change and availability. Dinner must be redeemed on the same evening as room reservation. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once booked, vouchers are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
