- Build your own fajitas with tortillas, sour cream, salsa brava, cheese and Topo blackened onion and peppers
- Roasted chicken thigh marinated overnight in an Adobo and spiced tomato sauce
- 12 hour slow braised pulled beef steeped in barbacoa spices and secret broth
