• Queso fundido - homemade Artisan style Jack cheese fondue with garlicky roasted peppers, and chorizo served with corn tortilla chips
• Crab ceviche tostada - 2 crispy tortillas topped with lime crab
• Crazy corn - grilled corn on the cob smothered with a crumbly cheese and chilli lime butter
• Albondigas con cascabel - Mexican beef and pork meatballs in a cascabel cream sauce
• Tacos - 2 corn tortillas topped with the following fillings: chicken tinga, barbacoa beef and mushroom & butternut squash filled tacos topped with coriander and crema
• Mexican slaw - jalapeño, chipotle and lime slaw
• Vanilla and Dulche de leche cheesecake

• Chicken fajitas filled with roast chicken thigh marinated with Adobo spices and tomatoes served with a side of; sour cream, salsa brava, cheese, onion, peppers and tortillas
• Mexican slaw - jalapeño, chipotle and lime slaw
• Vanilla and Dulche de leche cheesecake
