- Queso fundido - homemade Artisan style Jack cheese fondue with garlicky roasted peppers, and chorizo served with corn tortilla chips
- Crab ceviche tostada - 2 crispy tortillas topped with lime crab
- Crazy corn - grilled corn on the cob smothered with a crumbly cheese and chilli lime butter
- Albondigas con cascabel - Mexican beef and pork meatballs in a cascabel cream sauce
- Tacos - 2 corn tortillas topped with the following fillings: chicken tinga, barbacoa beef and mushroom & butternut squash filled tacos topped with coriander and crema
- Mexican slaw - jalapeño, chipotle and lime slaw
- Vanilla and Dulche de leche cheesecake
