• Voucher is valid until Tue 15th Dec 2015 ; subject to availability.
• The offer is only applicable to new Toucan Box accounts only as the start of a subscription (not for single boxes or shop products). 
• Members will receive 3 boxes over 6 weeks – with a box arriving each fortnight. Each box will contain a different craft activity. First box delivered within 3-5 days of order.
• After you have received your first 3 boxes, you will automatically continue getting monthly boxes at normal charge unless you cancel your deliveries. 
• You can pause or cancel your deliveries at any time via your account at www.toucanbox.com/account and then choosing the “change your box” option.

• We hope you’re delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
• In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
• The delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.
