Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, Mon - Fri 12noon - 7pm, Sat 10am - 7pm & Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person. 
• Ages 7 - 16 yrs only.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Max of 10 people per session. 
• Suitable for all abilities.
• Comfortable clothing recommended, secure footwear must be worn.
• Members will be required to sign a disclaimer on arrival.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
