Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jun 2021 until Sun 26 Sept 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Includes £100 resort credit to spend on activities inc: archery, air rifles, clay shooting, quad biking, kayaking, kitesurfing, stand-up paddle boards, horse riding, golf; subject to scheduling, age restrictions and availability. Please enquire directly.
• Change of dates are available within 28 days of your arrival for a £25 fee. Bookings are non transferrable and non changeable within 7 days of arrival. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in forfeiting your voucher or incur a charge to the credit card used to secure.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a 2 bedroom cottage.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note a credit card will be taken upon booking.
• Please note full facilities are included and complimentary mountain bikes are available; subject to availability
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount. Children are classed as ages 4 - 12yrs. Under 3s go free.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss direct at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
