Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 – 26 Dec and 30 Dec 2016 – 2 Jan 2017.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 20 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person, multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Tents will be set up at a location of your choosing at around midday on the first day, and disassembled at around midday on the last day.
• Family tent or group tent; family tent sleeps up to five and group tent sleeps up to six.
• Family tent includes a double bed, 2-3 singles, carpet, lanterns and small table.
• Group tent includes camp-beds, lanterns and up to two rugs.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Turtle Tent Hire.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount. Family tent: up to 3 children and group tent: up to 5 children.
• Pets are permitted; max of 2 pets.
• £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This covers damage to both tents and equipment, and will be returned to you on the date when the tent is being taken down.
• If you choose to set up at a campsite or on private land, the fee the campsite or land owner charge will be payable on top of your voucher price.
• You can use the map on the contact page to calculate the distance from Turtle Tent Hire’s base camp to the site of your chosen event. 20 mile radius is free, 30 mile radius £15, 60 mile radius £30, 90 mile radius £45, 120 mile radius £60, 150 mile radius £75, 180 mile radius £90 or 200 mile radius £100; payable directly to Turtle Tent Hire.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
