Your itinerary
- 11:30 - arrive and enjoy a seasonal, foraged drink on arrival
- 12:00 - followed by a tour of the woods where you can learn all about the regeneration project taking place and take part in your activity
- 13:30 - a delicious three-course lunch made using foraged and locally sourced ingredients cooked on open fires
- 15:00 - return to activity
- 16:30 - departure

- Starter - Ukrainian borscht with black treacle and oat soda bread, served with hand-churned wood sorrel butter
- Main - Hogget leg studded with smoked garlic and rosemary, slowly spit roasted over sycamore charcoal served with leeks burnt on the coals, celeriac and apple slaw and salsa verde with roasted hazelnuts
- Dessert - Rhubarb with gorse petal custard and dandelion shortbread
