Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, valid 7 days 3pm -5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10 - 13 Apr 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Mon 16 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 1 voucher per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco or G&T each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
