• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Thu - Mon 9am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment can be tailored to suit during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and a doctor’s note is required.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 75 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities; pool, steam room, sauna and gym.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required to hire robes and towels; payable directly to spa.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
