• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Dec 2016 until Tue 28 Feb 2017, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, 20 – 26 Dec 2016 and 1 - 3 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Feb 2017 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Please discuss group bookings with Spa directly; subject to availability.
• File & polish treatment is only suitable if you are under 12 weeks pregnant; all other treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Espa facial and file & polish treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; all other treatments are unsuitable.
• Please state any health restrictions at time of booking.
• Treatments last approx. 25 - 30 mins.
• Deal is valid for fully trained therapist.
• Patch tests not required.
• Robes can be hired for a £10 cash deposit, refunded on return at the end of the day.
• Access to gym, spin studio, whirlpool spa, steam room, sauna & swimming pool included. Please note the pool can get busy so ask in advance for the quieter times.
• Includes complimentary refreshments, water and herbal tea.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
