• The following supplementary charges / exclusions dates apply; all supplementary charges are payable directly to hotel.
• Aberdeen:
  Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
  Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2018.
  A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Feb: 5, 6, 19, 20, 26, 27 and all Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Jan and March 2019.
• Newcastle:
  Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
  A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Monday – Wednesday stays.
• Edinburgh:
  Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
  Excludes 1, 2, 8, 9 Feb and 8, 9 Mar 2019.
  A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for:
  Jan: 1 – 7
  Feb: 15 – 25, 28
  Mar: 16, 17 
• Glasgow:
  Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
  Excludes 21 Jan 2019.
  A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for:
  Jan: 22, 23, 26, 31
  Feb: 1, 2, 5, 8, 11, 12, 17
  Mar: 2, 8, 10, 15 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Mar 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking; please note any re-booking is at the hotel's availability and discretion.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double/twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Club room for supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss at time of booking.
• Includes a 2 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each served with dinner; can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child ages 2 – 12 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 - £30 per night, dependant on hotel inc dinner from the children’s menu; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Under 2s stay free where cot is available; subject to availability.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
