Small print

• Vouchers are valid on 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 22nd & 23rd Aug at either 10am, 11:30am, 1pm or 2:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 16th Aug 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Session lasts 1hr 30min.
• Group bookings permitted; max of 10 people per session.
• Basic level of fitness required.
• Maximum weight permitted: 22 stone (140 kg)
• Ages 16 yrs or over.
• Max 10 people per group.
• All equipment and instruction will be provided.  
• Member should wear comfortable clothing.  Life jackets will be provided.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Activities are subject to weather conditions and will be cancelled/re-arranged if not suitable. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
