Voucher is valid until Tue 20 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturday and Sunday.

Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per wigwam per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 29 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booking is confirmed it cannot be amended or refunded.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Members must provide their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels & toiletries plus washing up essentials.
• Heating/electricity is not included but available through £1 coin operated metres. Please pay directly.
• Check in 3pm - 7pm, check out 10am.
• Please note once October Restaurant and Shop change to winter hours and are closed Mondays and Tuesday. Anyone staying on Mondays and Tuesdays will be able to pick their keys up from the box at the shower block and there will be someone on site should they be needed. Members arriving on the other days after 4 pm will be able to collect their keys from the box at the shower block.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £7 per dog per night; please discuss and pay directly. Max of 2 small dogs permitted per wigwam, subject to suitability of wigwam.
• Deal is valid for 2 adults. In addition to the 2 adults a max of 3 children/adults can be accommodated in the wigwam for a supplement. Supplementary charge of £12 per child, per night applies to 0-13 years. 14 years+ incur a £24 supplementary charge per person, per night. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• Members may hire the BBQ hut for exclusive use for a supplement of £25 per night (includes lighters & charcoal), or a camp fire for £10 per night on your first night (includes firelighters), subject to availability. Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site. Please book in advance and pay directly.
• Parking available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
