Small print

• Voucher is valid from 1st Sep until 22nd Dec 2015, Sun-Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10th-29th Oct.
• Reservations must be made by 1st Dec or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Once booking is confirmed it cannot be amended or refunded.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Members must provide their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels & toiletries plus washing up essentials.
• Heating/electricity is not included but available through £1 coin operated metres. Please pay directly.
• Check in 3pm-7pm, check out 10am.
• Please note once October Restaurant and Shop change to Winter hours and are closed Mondays and Tuesday. Anyone staying on Mondays and Tuesdays will be able to pick their keys up from the box at the shower block and there will be someone on site should they be needed. Also anyone arriving on the other days after 4 pm will be able to collect their keys from the box at the shower block.
• Dogs permitted, subject to availability, for a supplement of £5 per dog, per night. Max of 2 small dogs permitted per wigwam, subject to suitability of wigwam. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Deal is valid for 2 adults. In addition to the 2 adults a max of 3 children/adults can be accommodated in the wigwam for a supplement. Supplement of £11 per child, per night applies to 0-13 years. 14 years+ incur a £22 supplement per person, per night. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Members may extend their stay, subject to availability, for a supplement. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Members may hire the BBQ hut for exclusive use for a supplement of £25 per night (includes lighters & charcoal), or a camp fire for £10 per night on your first night (includes firelighters), subject to availability. Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site. Please book in advance and pay directly.
• Berwick train station is a 10min drive from Pot a Doodle Do. Regular services to/from Edinburgh available.
• Minimum of 48 hours advanced booking required.
• Parking available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
