With today’s deal you and a buddy can treat yourselves to a delicious two-course lunch by award-winning caterers, Wilde Thyme, who are famed for making delicious dishes using fine, local produce. Known for providing top class catering to some of the country’s most exclusive events, you’ll sample seasonal goods from a fresh and exciting menu, expertly curated and served up on the grounds of Scotland’s oldest distillery – perfect!
- Cauliflower and whole grain mustard soup with warm Mull of Kintyre and herb scone
- Confit chicken and pistachio terrine served with Dalchonzie apricot chutney and Arran oaties
- Salted baked roots served with baby beets, pickled salsify, whipped Katy Rodgers crowdie and walnut dressing
- Gin cured salmon with cucumber and wasabi emulsion and fennel salad
- Sticky Fife pork belly with crisp Stornoway black pudding, apple and sage relish, and crackling
- Line-caught Peterhead hake with slow-cooked beef cheek, fragrant celeriac purée, celeriac crisp and oxtail jus
- Pot au Feu chicken with roasted beets, piquant and shallot sauce, crispy bacon crumb and potato pearls
