Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, valid 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 20-31 Dec 2022, 1 -2 Jan & 10-19 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Family option is valid for 2 adults and 2 children (age 0 - 16 yrs).

Accommodation check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Stay in a standard double/twin or family room.

Max of 3 children 0 - 16 yrs permitted in a family room with bunk beds. 

No pets permitted.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Activities

Includes one mini activity ticket which allows you to take part in archery, tubing and skating 

Activities take place daily 10.30am - 4.45pm; weather permitting.

Children aged 3 - 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All equipment required will be provided.

Weather appropriate clothing and shoes recommended.

Minimum age restrictions apply: Tubing - 4years, Skating - 3 years, Archery - 6 years

Max of 6 people per session for all activities except archery which is a max of 24 people.

General

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
