  • Diners will watch professional chefs cook and prepare their food before tucking into a fantastic four-course tasting menu
  • Guests are invited to arrive for drinks at 7.30pm before settling down to dine in the Cook School's intimate dining room at 8pm
  • Owned and created by Edinburgh-born Martin Wishart who has firmly established himself as one of the UK’s most highly respected chefs 
  • Martin Wishart also owns and operates Restaurant Martin Wishart which is a culinary giant with 4 AA Rosettes, a Michelin star and is rated as the 43rd best restaurant in the UK by The Good Food Guide
  • Oyster beignet with curry mayonnaise
  • Marinated sea bream with citrus fennel, orange and creme fraiche
  • Tartiflette with pomme mousseline, bacon and Reblochon
  • Breast of Balerno pigeon, braised savoy cabbage, mushroom Forestiere, carrot, celeriac and kadif
  • White chocolate parfait, rhubarb, ginger curd and coriander

  • Advance booking required. Ticket must be booked 24 hours in advance of your selected date (we don't want you to miss out!)

    Arrival for 7.30pm, dinner is served from 8pm.

    4 course seasonal tasting menu; subject to change. Drinks not included.

    Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available if prebooked; please advise restaurant at time of booking.

    Suitable for all ages; please note no children's menu available.

    No wheelchair access available.

    Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.
