- Family ticket includes – two adults and two children under the age of 18, or one adult and three children under the age of 18
- Unreserved seating, allocated on a first come first serve basis
- Limited disabled access, please call the box office on 0844 693 3008 to discuss before purchasing
- Advanced booking is not required
- All tickets must be exchanged no later than 1 hour before the show begins otherwise you could be at risk of forfeiting your tickets. This must be done at the venue box office outside of Assembly Rooms before entering the venue.
- Ticket must be surrendered for redemption
- Ticket is not valid with any other deals or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Ticket is non refundable unless event is cancelled
